So I really started going at it yesterday because I keep telling myself that I can do this in one month (lose the weight, look awesome)... plus Nick (the beau) will be coming back from Field Training in that time and he will be all ripped and I don't want to be all flabby and poopy. Yes, I just called myself poopy. But really, I want to surprise him with a fit, if not as fit as Air Force ROTC boy, and hot toned girlfriend lol.

 

I went on the DrGourmet thing and was like, "WHAT?!" When I saw the recipes and such. I do NOT have money and I definitely do NOT have 2 hours to cook dinner for myself each night. So then I went to the fatburn website part and it told me I would have to burn 3500 cals MORE than what I eat (so basically... if I eat NOTHING I will STILL need to burn 3500). When I added the activities and so on, I still missed the goal by a good 1200-1500. It's just unrealistic it seems. So I decided to just eat my healthy-ish low-fat diet that has worked for me before. Last summer I did it with very minimal exercise and lost 15 lbs. So yeah...

 

One Republic is on So You Think You Can Dance right now, and DAMN the lead singer's falsetto is not very good at all. I've never been a huge fan, but there stuff is a little catchy and all. But really... that performance was terrible. By the way, I'm obsessed with SYTYCD.
