I was doing the fatburner yesterday that targets the lower body and I realized some of the exercises I wasn't able to do 5 DAYS ago aren't as hard as they were at the beginning. I weighed myself (shame) and haven't lost any weight... but I'm not stranger to working out and dieting so I know why this is. I measured myself and I've lost 2 and a 1/2 inches!! Yayyyyy!

 

On a funny note, I was doing the benchpress thing-a-majig on the transformer and I had decided to switch to the black band to get more out of it... when all of a sudden it came out from under the transformer and SMACKED me like a rubberband upside my head. I was not a happy camper but I kept on going. Hopefully nothing bad happened... just a few brain cells lost, no biggie.

 

Anyways, keep working out everyone and hopefully by July 30th we can all showcase some hot new bods. That's what I'm counting on, anyways!!
