Okay, this is my first blog. It's been 3 weeks and 4 days that I have been doing Barry's Bootcamp. It's hard work but I love it. My body was more sculpted in the first two weeks of Bootcamp, than after four months at the gym. I am still going to the gym twice a week though. I started this new life (eating right and working out) 19 weeks ago at 149 pounds. Today I am 117 pounds and I have been stuck here for two weeks. I am so close to my goal of 110, or less.
New for this week, Kashi Go Lean Cereal! YUMMY! With skim or soy milk. I could eat this stuff twice a day, every day, but I won't. It REALLY fills me up and it's so healthy! I also added new protein shakes last week. I have been drinking Naked Juice Protein Zone (which I love, but I wanted to try something new a few times a week) but I tried the GNC protein powder stuff. I added a little sugar free butterscotch pudding mix, like I read on the message boards here, and it was sooooo good! I used the vanilla flavor, I also bought some chocolate. I like that it's only 120 calories. That butterscotch recipe is so yummy! What a treat!
Well, wish me good luck. I want to see 115 by the end of this week.
