One of my best friends is getting married - and surprise, she wants to look
fabulous in her wedding dress... to make everyone jealous. She's dying for
any secrets that will help her drop a few extra pounds and I thought this
would be awesome to share with you guys.

First, I told her no crash diets - please! You know they don't work; they
could even lower your immune system and she doesn't want to be sick on her
honeymoon.  Don't rush things. If you're looking to lose pounds, set your
goal at 1-2 pounds a week.

Food Plan: Something old.  Consume a low calorie, high protein diet. In the
VIP section you can use Fat Burn to see what your specific calorie intake
should be but don't dip below 1200.  Barry's
Bootcamp Code Red lays out a great diet plan.

Routine: Something new. Do the fat blasters and follow up with the Code Red.
Try to get some extra activity in like yoga. Try to get outside too, like
cycling, hiking, or rollerblading. It's summer y'all take advantage of it. A
hike or run around the local high school track is a good calorie burn and
good for the psyche too.

Put it all together and you won't be blue on the big day.  And that
honeymoon, well, all that extra muscle tone is going to come in handy.
