Belly fat

Hey Barry!  Love the workouts!  I am a mom of two boys, 3 months and 2 years old.  I did not lose all of the baby weight from my first son before finding out I was pregnant with my second.  Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of losing this belly fat?  I am a "clean eater" and am on only my ninth workout.  I know I have a long way to go but was wondering if there was anything I wasn't doing that I could be doing.  I have about 35-40 pounds to lose.  Thanks for your help and motivation!

All excercises are great for reducing your stomach flab. That's because we cannot target fat loss on our bodies. The 1st place you put on fat is he last place it will come off. I also will say that gr8 abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. You can do a thousand sit ups a day, but if you don't eat right you'll never see them. So check out Dr. Gourmet on my site to develop a healthy eating plan.

You are! You have to believe in yourself! You are getting closer to your goal every day, and soon you'll have the body you've been working for and you'll know how to keep it.

Thanks Ettin. I have cut out the sugar and do watch my sodium intake. So I am on the right road! I just have to have the patience and the persistence and I will prevail! Thanks again for your input, I really appreciate it. I like to be reassured that I am doing all the right things!
take care.

cut out the sugar. your belly is pretty much your body's primary storage facility. so to see results faster you can cut out sugar and sodium out of your diet. The reason I say sodium is because sodium makes your body retain water. That's additional weight that you don't want on top of that bloaded feeling. Other than that, it's just eating right and exercising. Patience, commitment, and dedication are the key to success...specially when it comes to what we're trying to achieve.
