I had a lot of problems with my kit too! Our green band snapped in two after the first day. Our power handle was cracked too! They replaced them with no problem. Our transformer was lopsided so they sent us a new one. Then a couple weeks later that one exploded. We heard a loud pop and we saw our transformer in pieces on the floor. We called again and they sent us a new one. We love the workout and have had great results. Its just annoying that we need to take breaks because things keep breaking!

Yesterday (Day 23 for me) was the first time I got mine to 67. Barry said the transformer is like your body. It has to be in shape to get use to everything. I would blow it up a little each week.

so should i just take my time and inflate and deflate until it reaches it's instructional size of 67 inches?

I can't believe that after all this time i decided to blow my transformer up the the 67 inches--(it was at 53") it is now HUGE!!! :-)ha ha! we blew it up with our air compressor.

Wondering whatever happened? Did they send you a new one? Same thing happened to mine today and I haven't even used it once.

Hey, Well I guess that was crazy go nuts. But with my transformer it would not inflate to the size in the instructions initially. It took me about 3 weeks to get it up to the 67 inches, but what I did was inflate it as much as I could and then work out with it for several days. I would then deflate it and re-inflate it. Then like I said after 3 weeks it reached the 67 inches. But mine has always proved reliable especially since until recently I has 300 lbs of weight on it.
