New Bootcamper, started today!

Hello everyone. My name is Bonnie, I am 26 and a mother of one. I have been overweight most of my life but have really noticed it packing on since my daughter was born. I have a pair of high school jeans waiting in my closet for me. My goal is for them to be too big for me!

 

I had my first work out this afternoon and boy did I get winded. The transformer doesn't seem to be as big as the one they use on the DVD but it does the trick. I am 5'5'' and 218 right now. Here is hoping for a major lifestyle change!

 

As hard as the first workout was, I am excited for the next!

How is everyone else out there doing? Any advice for us newbies out there?

It has been alomost two weeks since I started the program. I have take a vacation during this time. I watched what I ate and moved around as much as I could. I am down about five pounds (4.8) and give I went on vacation I am happy with the results. I am getting ready to leave on my last vacation for the summer. On Sept 3 I will doing the program and focusing more on my goals full time.

Hey! Good luck on your goal! Mine is close to the same, i want to fit back into my wedding dress! Yikes! I just started yesterday and i can definitly feel the burn! WHOO! Keep going and ill ttyl!

I started two weeks ago. I have not lost any weight but I believe it is beacause I have not been able to log onto to the diet page. Any suggestions.

I just got my recently.... started working out and have found that I am sore after working out. I have over 100 pounds to drop. Like many of you I have attempted programs in the past and seen little change in my weight. I lost my motivation and then didn't complete the program. I will do this for aleast 6 months or die. I say that because I know that my current condition is not healthy. I need to stop looking at the scales as the GOD of my life. If I am going to live I have to start moving and eatting a balanced diet. No one can make my life better but me.... this can only be the path that I use to start to live. Just like when we are children and start to walk we fall from time to time but we don't give up. I can't give up on this or myself any longer. Thanks Lee

Day one. I just finished the lower body work out. Wonder how I'll feel after work tonight.lol. I'm glad I finally started SOMETHING!! At 53,5'1" and 230 lbs I have to get into shape. I'll be here alot for motivation.

Hi Bonnie:

I had the same idea. My transformer didn't seem as big as the one on TV. However, a friend of mine came over and blew it up some more. Duh!!! I felt a little silly. Try blowing it up some more, it is stronger than you think especially if it holds my weight.

Hi i just ordered it today, how long does it take to get here??? i am going to mexico in November the 19th to be exact, i have a count down clock on my myspace! i think it is something like 108 days away, i would like too start with 10 pounds and some toning then just keeep going..................

I just started yesterday too! I'm so sore! I really thought I was going to die from my lower body stuff. I'm a runner so I'm starting off with 21 minutes then a 12 minute. I have NEVER sweat so much! I even put my AC on... This is really boot camp and I'm LOVING IT!

I started yesterday and when I woke up this morning i was pretty sore!! I have 10 lbs. to lose but mainly I just want to tone up for my upcoming wedding. I go to have my dress altered in October so I hope I will make my goal!!! :)
