Hello everyone. My name is Bonnie, I am 26 and a mother of one. I have been overweight most of my life but have really noticed it packing on since my daughter was born. I have a pair of high school jeans waiting in my closet for me. My goal is for them to be too big for me!
I had my first work out this afternoon and boy did I get winded. The transformer doesn't seem to be as big as the one they use on the DVD but it does the trick. I am 5'5'' and 218 right now. Here is hoping for a major lifestyle change!
As hard as the first workout was, I am excited for the next!
How is everyone else out there doing? Any advice for us newbies out there?
