I have worked out ten days straight. I did the fat blaster for the first 8 days and code red for the last two- I am down 5 pounds from 245 pounds to 240. I have also lost one inch off my biggest problem area: My hips- from 55 inches to 54! I do the modified version and beginner version for the lower body and do all the regular versons for the upper body- I am gonna do the code red for days and then back to the fat b;laster for a week then I will begin fatblaster and mission specialists. I am in horrible shape but I love the feeling of accomplishment this gives you----and I CANT WAIT TO GO SHOPPING NEXT MONTH!
