I have worked out ten days straight.  I did the fat blaster for the first 8 days and code red for the last two- I am down 5 pounds from 245 pounds to 240.  I have also lost one inch off my biggest problem area:  My hips- from 55 inches to 54!  I do the modified version and beginner version for the lower body and do all the regular versons for the upper body-  I am gonna do the code red for  days and then back to the fat b;laster for a week then I will begin fatblaster and mission specialists.  I am in horrible shape but I love the feeling of accomplishment this gives you----and I CANT WAIT TO GO SHOPPING NEXT MONTH!

well, I am pretty hardcore for the monent- 800 calories. coffee in the morning- workout- bowl of cracklin oat bran (awesome sweet cereal) with fat free milk, mug of v8 (low sodiim) and taboule salad for lunch, dannon light yogurt as a snack, can of progresso soup light 50% less sodium, diet pepsi, water water water and hoodia at night to help with those just got the baby down and ready to unwind late nite munchies. very inexpensive, very boring, very effective. very fast. I mix it up with salad for lunch every other day- leave the dressings on the side and only dip the tines of the fork into the dressing- in a pinch I will drink slim-fast, but i only as a lunch- you need high fiber, low carbs low sugar at night- if you must eat pasta use only whole wheat, and when looking for a snack try multigrain goldfish crackers. you can eat 55 for one serving and only get 140 calories and 6g of fat- good luck- im down another half of a pound. woo hoo! tired, sore, and hungry but looking better in my jeans!

okay- so I have been doing fat blaster m-f, code red fri, sat, and sun-and have just started the mission specialist beginner abs- (i cant breathe!) but on day 20 I am down 12 pounds and three inches. of couse, I have been starving to death with a near 800 calories per day. And I have only taken two days off since starting but I am getting stronger, the exercises are getting harder, I am always sore and I am in love with this program- My husband and friends are ultra supportive- and this is just life-changing- I am already back into my pre-pregnancy jeans and am on a roll. dont give up on this- if you give it your all, you can do it.

Day 17! I have been doing pretty much my own thing- lower, upper, code red, lower upper code red- is this week- but i am down 7 pounds (which is like freakin amazing for me!) and an inch and a half last time i measured. I have only taken two days off. yesterday was one of them. My aunt had emergency surgery, i bumped my head and gave myself a mild concussion, my ovarian cyst was killing me, and i was aching all over. so i jumped back in today with code red- next week i will start supplementing in with the mission specialists- but i have really been trying to focus on getting up to speed with cindy- less kat, more cindy- still doing some of my own modifications, but am definitely starting to notice a major difference in my abilities. I am doing some exercises with cindy for 30 sec and switching to kat that last week, i couldnt even do with cindy at all- I am so proud of myself. and am really getting addicted to this. i am gonna measure myself soon and see whats what, but i feel the diffeence already, and my friends and family are really amazingly supportive. (and jealous!)

I've only been doing it for 3 days (counting today)- doing what the calander says and I don't know if I've lost any weight/inches (I haven't checked) but I feel so much better about myself already! Good Job!!
