Questions with Code Red and Booty Camp DVDs

Hi- I just received my workout dvds, I want to start tomorrow, but I need to know when do I do the Code Red Workout DVD and the Booty Camp DVD. I have the schedule for the Blue and Red DVDs, but when and for how long do I do the other 2 Workout DVD. Please help me, I am so anxious to get started tomorrow, I just need a little help.

So begin working out. Do it! Do it now! You might like it. If it's too much now hen try again next week. As you keep working out you'll notice you're getting stronger and are able to push your body more.

the extra workouts are designed to go along with your others, and kick your workouts up if you happen to have something coming up soon you wanna look and feel your best for, but you can add it in anytime, once a week is plenty in addition to the other workouts. the booty band, go for it, always good to firm up the boo-tay!

The Code Red is best to do in Addition to your regular workouts. It's only 15 minutes long with a 6 day eating plan so to really get the most bang, do it AFTER your fat blasters.

Hi Trish. The code red is to be done for 6 days to jump start your process. It says that the best results come from doing the lower body work out, then the code red. The next day you do upper body followed by code red. I also use code red if I am short on time. I am going to wait a little before I put in the Booty Camp. I have to through the others first.
