has anyone switched to a harder band?
Until now (I am on my fourth week), I had been using the green band, and noticed it was fraying a bit from my sneakers... then today, as I started my first exercise, it snapped. The only other band I have was the black one that came with the program. So, I tried to do the exercises with the black band; boy is it tough! a few of the exercises (prison rows, especially) were tough with the green band, and they kicked my ass with the black one.
So... what have been your experiences while switching to a tougher band? Did you ever switch back (i.e.... should I try to reorder a green or intermediate one, or just stick with the black one from here on out?)
I'm going to try to stick it out, but I have a feeling the upper body workout will be much harder for me using this band.
