Hi Kris, That was so sweet of you to write to me. It's nice to hear that I'm helping you out with all my blogs. I'll tell you the truth, there were times when I was discouraged mainly because I couldn't see the results on the scale or even by the measurements but what kept me going was the fact that I was feeling better and although physical measurements didn't show it, my clothes were fitting better so I know the exercises were doing something. I think it's really hard to measure yourself because if you don't put the measuring tape in the EXACT spot where you first took your measurements, you won't get an accurate reading and that's my problem so now I don't worry too much about what the measuring tape says or really the scale, I just go by the fitting of my clothes. I was a little anxious just like you every week when you had to add another mission specialist to the workout but I think because it's all separated, it seems to go by quickly. I never thought I would get to this point but here I am! Week 9 and I am doing the 21 minute upper or lower, all 3 advanced mission specialist dvd's, the Code Red dvd and this week I actually changed from the green band to the orange which is a whole lot tougher but I felt the green band was getting too easy. Don't get me wrong, not much of the workout is easy! I still breathe pretty hard and sweat but like I said before, since it's broken down into segments, I get through it and I feel good once I'm done! And like Barry says, you don't find the time, you make the time and that's exactly what I do! It's a little tougher since I added in the Code Red as far as another 15 minutes, but I'm doing it! I've never stuck with anything this long before but this seems to be working so I'm gonna stay with it! So, don't worry too much about adding in those mission specialists, afterall, it's only another 12 minutes! LOL and also, stress is not good for you so don't stress over it. You'll get through it, I'm sure of it! And before you know it, you'll be writting me back telling me about your 9th week! Keep me informed of your progress. You're on the right track so just keep going. Think positive! Take care of yourself. Bye for now.
