Hi! I just wanted to pop in and say I am alive. I have been out of it for a couple of weeks :( I had a "toxic reaction" to a pill they put me on the fix, well, let's just say my monthly visitor was visiting way too often and long, and heavy (sorry guys TMI). The pill was the wrong choice! I will blog more about it very soon. I couldn't even work out for over a week :( it sucked! I have to get back to doing BBC each night again and get back in shape. I am shocked at how much fat came back.

Oh! and even though I have temporarily postponed my heavy workouts, I continue to maintain and stay energetic. I guess the bootcamp jumpstarted my metabolism and I have had very little trouble maintaining where I am at. At least it wasnt a total setback with a return of the weight I had lost! I can still get in them jeans! But I still have a very long way to go- even longer now that I know whats up with my lower back and hip but cest la vie.Im still down quite a good bit of weight! Keep it up

Hey everybody-thought I had given up? Never- But thanks to several of you, I did take some time off and finally went to the doctor. I have to go for an Mri on Thurs because of this pain I have been coping with. I always knew I had an extra lumbar vertabrae but what we didnt know is that I have Spina Biffida occulta and I have been putting my spinal cord through the wringer since the epidural and I have some problems with some of the exercises. I will update you all soon- Keep pounding it!

Hi friends! I love reading your updates! Some of you I haven't heard from in a while. How are you all? How are your workouts? How's the healthy eating going? Are you all "shrinking"? I wrote an "entry" for 10/07/08 on my profile. That is my update. I had a hard last couple of weeks. Maintaining weight is not easy. Finding just how many "treats" or "cheat meals" I can eat, and what those treats should be. It's hard, but now I know...and knowing is half the battle! Hope you are all doing well!
