Your picture is awesome. I was flipping channels as a kid and ran across the Dukes of Hazzard on TV, back when there were four channels. I don't think I missed a show for several years.

On the energy thing, I read up on food this last week. Basically I eat small portions every 2-3 hours all day of really low sugar, low fat, low salt foods which kicked my metabolism into high gear. The reading up took a bit of effort but it has really paid off. I'm convinced now that I will meet my goals.
