About Me
I am a 37-year-old mom and wife. I have five kids (ages 11, 8, 5 and 2-year-old twins) and I also have a set of identical twin "angels" who died before we had our healthy set of twins.
I gained too much weight in the pregnancy with the first set of twins. Violet died while I was pregnant and then we found out at 16 weeks that the surviving twin, Crimson, would die after she was born. As the pregnancy went on I ate a lot of comfort food! After Crimson was born and died I still ate a lot of comfort food. In 2006 I had my healthy twins, they stopped being breastfed in January and now it's time to be skinny Aubrey again.
I am on week 15 of Gillian McKeith's diet plan and I have been working out. Three or four times a week at the gym (10 min warm up, hour of strenth training and 15-20 mins on the eliptical). Twice a week I work out at home (30 mins on eliptical, ab stuff and some yoga) and I take one night off.
I have lost 28 pounds so far and I have gone from a size 14 to a 6 or 4. Three weeks ago it all stopped. I am stuck at 122. I can't eat any healthier (I already am eating really healthy food, no bad foods), so I am adding Barry's Bootcamp. I am thinking about adding diet pills too. We'll see. I need to weigh no more than 110, 105 would be perfect. I am 5'3" and 24.5% fat. My fat is all in my tummy and my thighs (most of it is in my thighs, I hate it) and my butt. I am hoping this will help. I start tonight.
UPDATE: I am not trying any diet pills. Barry alone is kicking my butt! These are the BEST workouts ever! I love ya Barry!
