About Me
Aug 17th: started at 234 pounds, with high resting pulse
Oct 5th: Bought a new scale and it reads four pounds less than the old scale! I adjusted all of my data and goals. The new scale shows increments of 0.2 pounds, which I like so much better than one pound increments. The scale also has a feature for measuring hydration and BMI (Body Mass Index). Not bad for $43. Dec 10th - to answer aj_bishop's question about which scale, put "Health o meter Weight Tracking Scale - 4 user" in the search box at walmart.com and you'll turn up my exact model. Or, just put "health o meter" in the search box and you'll get a dozen scales by that manufacturer.
Oct 5th: I posted a graph I did with Microsoft Excel of my weight loss over seven weeks.

The more I interact with others here, the more determined I am to reach my goals. Plus, here and there someone gives me a hint on how to save a lot of time, improve my food plan, or just make me feel better. I hope my forum page can help you reach your goals.
